This role supports the Project Manager. It involves the planning and co-ordination of site work. The person in this role needs to be good at communication and obtaining feedback. Job Scope:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of field service support.
• Ability to work independently.
• Mechanical, Electrical and Hydraulic System troubleshooting skill.
• Experience working with a wide range of brands and models in the aerial equipment industry.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software
• Proven experience in servicing boom lifts, scissor lifts, and other aerial work platforms.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and service manuals.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
