We are looking for a Research Fellow to work closely with the centre’s Directors to manage research projects and to secure research grants. The role will focus on project management, research expertise, managing and day-to-day research operations, such as data storage, budgets, expenses, assets, and ethics approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations, including budgets, expenses, resources, etc.
• Identify and secure funding opportunities from grants, partnerships and commercialisation

Job Requirements:

• PhD degree in behavioural sciences, public health, communication and psychology or related fields
• At least 5 years of full-time academic or market research experience preferred

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced CSA Engineer with expertise in waterproofing, piling, and structural review for GMP and cleanroom construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing structural and architectural works, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The role requires a strong background in cold room and cleanroom construction within a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment.

Key Responsibilities

Structural & Architectural Engineering:

• Oversee and coordinate piling, waterproofing, and structural construction works.
• Review and assess engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents for compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure proper execution of cold room and cleanroom construction according to GMP standards.
• Work closely with contractors and vendors to ensure quality control and adherence to design requirements.

Project Management & Site Coordination:

• Monitor construction progress, schedules, and site activities to meet project milestones.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to structural, waterproofing, and piling works.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) engineers, project managers, and QA/QC teams.

Compliance & Documentation:

Required Qualifications

Job Purpose

· Providing logistics support to internal/external customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

Job purpose:

• Responsible for the execution of export/ import haulage arrangement against a PO, with focus on cross boarder shipments.
• Ensure smooth haulage arrangement, i.e. ensure there is truck to execute order as well as the manufacturers are following through with arrangement.
• Review and explore opportunities for improvement against, but not limited to established project plan, and against actual operation
