1) Responsible for assigning correct fleet resources (tow trucks) to real-time and pre-scheduled job

2) Overall in charge of all Fleet (Tow Drivers and Lorry Drivers)

3) Monitoring and recording of staff fleet performance, attendance, discipline and management

4) Ensure daily,weekly and monthly KPIs are met and not limited to any task assigned by management

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and repair mechanical systems and machinery to ensure all equipment is in good working condition within the manufacturing plant.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and extend machinery lifespan.
• Troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions and diagnose root causes
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and work on time-sensitive repairs.
• Conduct inspections to ensure all mechanical systems and equipment meet operational and safety standards.
• Assemble and disassemble machinery for repairs or upgrades, adhering to manufacturer specifications.
• Work with engineers to modify and optimize mechanical systems for improved performance and efficiency.
• Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed reports on repairs and inspections.
• Read and interpret mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic drawings, and technical manuals.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
• Manage and maintain spare parts inventory, including monitoring stock levels, tracking usage, and requesting replacements when necessary.
• Data Collection readings and monitoring
• Maintain proper Housekeeping and Safety awareness on all job tasked by Equipment Engineer.
• Awareness of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems and policy, including the implications of nonconforming to the requirements and the assessment of occupational risks and hazards.
• Schedule regular communication with employees to discuss expectations and challenges and help to remove obstacles related to product safety and quality.
• Act on comments and suggestions from employees about product safety and quality seriously, and regularly encourage employees to offer ideas about improving product safety and quality.
• Allocate time for employees to receive product safety and quality training, as well as regular updates and refresher sessions.

The candidate will be managing a business unit providing consultancy services on Advanced Construction.

• The candidate will need to be familiar with Design for Manufacturing & Assembly (DfMA) processes in the built environment industry under the national standards of DfMA technology.
• Possess strong project experience in DfMA projects.
• Strong ability and experience in marketing and sales.
• Any experience in leading product development of DfMA components will be an added advantage
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Architectural or equivalent from a recognized University
• Possess at least 10 years of relevant experience
• Candidate who possess more experience will be considered for a more senior role (eg. Senior Vice President)
