The Senior Associate is a point of contact for financial reporting and accounting activities in Singapore manufacturing plant. - Experience in supervision of medium to large scale building works, piling works, temporary works, Ground Building Works (GBW) for Government Institutional projects.

- To provide full supervision works to ensure works are carried out in accordance to approved plans under Building Control Act.

- Assist QP to keep and maintain site records.

- Job site is at Sealand Road, Changi Area, must be willing to travel and work at that area

- Able to lead a team of site staffs.

- Possess Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PEB and registered with IES as Resident Engineer

Responsibilities:

Working with the team continue the development and implemention of comprehensive gymnastics training programs for athletes of varying ages.

Qualifications:

Minimum of [5 years] of experience coaching gymnastics .
Bachelors Degree

• Delivers required security service based on Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
• Conduct indoor and outdoor security patrols.
• Prevent unauthorized entry, trespass, intrusion and acts of vandalism.
• Prevent abuse of facilities provided in the site by occupiers (including visitors).
• Conduct crowd and vehicle traffic control.
• Ensure barriers are always down when no vehicle is entering.
• Ensure security office doors are secured and always locked after office hours.
• Control and direct traffic movements during morning and evening peak hours.
• Ensure that all personnel register at the designated security counters and issue visitor pass in exchange for valid photo identification documents.
