What you'll be doing:

• Take ownership of customer queries received via phone, email, live chat, and in person through to resolution in line with policies/procedures, KPI’s and Customer First training best practices. Striving to increase customer satisfaction/first-time resolution and reduce the need for customers to contact.
• Take responsibility for the processing of orders, invoices, quotes, returns and claims in a timely and accurate manner, responding appropriately and swiftly to queries, problems and special requests from customers, accelerating these to team leaders and managers where appropriate.

Branch Operations

1. Verify customer’s identification and ensure proper authorization and documentation for any transaction requests
2. Handle cash management tasks including deposits, withdrawals and reconciliations
3. Account Opening
4. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions

1. Collaborate with other branch staff and sales team to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service

Customer Service Management

1. Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and transactions.

3. Support implementation of customer service initiatives within the Branch

This role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Head of Commercial Relations & Projects.

Responsibilities:
● Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities.
● Recommend solutions across the complex range of products and processes
● Manage end-to-end data projects; identify issues, gather information from various sources, analyze data, interpret patterns and trends, build models, give recommendations, and create insightful automated reports
● Review day-to-day operation processes, identify areas of improvement and make actionable recommendations based on underlying analysis
● Utilize statistical and analytical techniques to process and interpret large datasets, drawing meaningful conclusions and identifying patterns, trends and opportunities for improvement.
● Analyze customer and partner behavior patterns, purchasing habits, preferences to support customer segmentation to build on business conclusions
● Be a steward of good data practices - robust documentation, versioning, playbooking, processes, and knowledge sharing
● Automate and validate newly created reports and develop corrective actions to improve data integrity and quality
● Support ad-hoc data requests and analysis with insights and suggestions on next steps
