Senior Marketing Manager (Scaled Expansions)

As a Senior Marketing Manager focusing on consumer & retail marketing, you will be working with our leading client - one of the largest tech brands shaping consumer technology as we see it today. 

As you guide them through end-to-end marketing communications and ensure they adhere to brand guidelines. You will collaborate closely with internal teams as well as external partners, including agencies, distributors, retailers, operators, and other channel partners. This role is pivotal in facilitating the successful introduction of the client’s products to the SEA region. You will also help define regional guidelines and deliverables for online and offline marketing. You will work with global counterparts in the strategy and execution of these guidelines.

Role:

The Job

You will be part of an IT infrastructure Support Team managing mission critical high-tech biometrics devices at critical locations of significant national interest. You will be trained to manage, troubleshoot and maintain the operational availability of these devices and to remedy faults to prevent operational down-time.

• Responsible for performing and documenting analytical procedures in accordance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Performs routine data analysis to determine if an analytical procedure is proceeding according to expectations and that the results are within acceptable tolerances.
• Identifies and documents potential performance errors or otherwise unusual results and escalates to senior lab personnel.
• Prepares data analysis results for upload to LIMS system under the guidance of senior level staff.
• Assists in quality investigations, deviations, and resolution.
• Prepares buffers and solutions for analysis, as required.
• Assists in the review and update of laboratory procedures and techniques.
• Guides entry level staff on routine procedures and supports on-boarding of new staff.
• Performs and document calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment as assigned.
• Performs and documents hands on training for other lab personnel in areas of proven competency as assigned.
• Assists in the review and development of laboratory procedures and techniques.
• Assists in the implementation of procedural changes as assigned.
• Notifies inventory staff of supply shortages.
• May represent lab team on cross functional projects.
• Responsible for clear, accurate, and timely communications with cross functional stakeholders.
• Participates in continuing education through self-study, attending training sessions and lectures and meetings.
• Supports safety, quality, and 6S requirements and initiatives.
• Complies with company's procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare-related fields.
• At least 6 months - 1 year of experience in a regulated laboratory environment.
• Requires basic knowledge of assigned technical area (Flow Cytometry), systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience - Cytek / BD Facs / Thermo, etc
• Demonstrates understanding of functional area and responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of any applicable regulatory standards within area of responsibility, such as Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Proficiency with relevant laboratory techniques.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety and infection control procedures and practices including standard precautions and hazardous chemical handling.
• Experience working with automation or specialized laboratory equipment.
• Proficiency with routine and some non-routine laboratory calculations regarding batches and specimens including averages, means, standard deviations, and various quality control metrics.
• Good computer skills using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders.

● Responsible for managing org wide G-Suite Administration (GWS)
● Responsible for managing org wide JAMF system management tool
● Responsible for managing org wide Intunes system management tool
● Responsible for managing Zoom rooms and advanced conferencing solution
● Responsible for managing Meraki switches and routers at the site
● Troubleshoot general Mac OSX and Windows OS Issues, Update, Upgrade and
support
● Troubleshoot Printer, Scanner and other peripheral issues
● Responsible for managing IT Networks onsite including but not limited to, troubleshooting Firewalls, Switches, Access Points and WAN
● Work with vendors on need basis for triaging issues not limited to hardware and internet service providers
● Responsible for managing local IT assets within the IT Asset register
● Interact with stakeholders and employees globally at the technical level, as required.
● Perform Regular Audits of IT Assets and Applications.
● Configure and scale IT systems and networks for a rapidly growing organization.
● Assist with hardware and software issues.
● Defining and document best practices and support procedures.
