Why you will love this opportunity as Business Development Manager at Civica
As Business Development Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work with an exciting & well-established client base in Singapore. You'll be positioned in a regional role, allowing for growth and development.
As a primary business lead, you will be responsible for cultivating new relationships and maintaining existing ones for allocated accounts, driving customer retention, and actively generating leads and will represent the business in Singapore and SE Asia across Libraries, Education and Health and other growth verticals. You will have the support of our presales team, bid team and marketing team to support sales and marketing initiatives to assist in new business and cross sell activities.

What you will do to be successful in this role
- Act as trusted advisor to our clients across our SG Government and GovTech partnersā space, ensuring we provide our customers with the best possible outcomesĀ
- Successfully sell software solutions, utilising your previous experience to deliver resultsĀ
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline, forecasts and opportunities within CRM systemsĀ
- Ability to generate sales plans and drive effective results
- Keeps abreast of trends and lead discussions with the sectors Civica serves, software and general strategic IT directions and linking discussions
- SaaS Software solutions sales is required
- Exposure to education, libraries or Fintech domain is highly desirable
