Assembly
1. Assembly of High-Level assemblies which require self-interpretation and understanding of technical drawing, assembly requirements and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance.
- Troubleshooting of assembled unit.
- Design of simple jigs and fixtures.
- Perform testing of the assembly.
2. To organise and co-ordinate with group members to achieve set target and productivity.
3. To monitor Group / Section workmanship and quality.
4. To train and provide technical guidance to new employee and cross training assignment.
5. Maintain good discipline and housekeeping.
6. To assist and assign job to Group / Section in the absence of the Assembly Supervisor.
7. To assist the Supervisor in submitting Weekly Time Sheet.
8. To assist in re-work of assemblies at customer’s site upon request.
Quality
1. To provide and maintain all assembly areas and tools house-keeping -5S and ensure all Assembly practices are in accordance to A & One Precision best practices and other practices which the Company may introduce from time to time.
2. To maintain good workplace health and safety rules and regulations compliances at all time in store/workplace.
Administration
1. Ensure safe custody of Assembly management administration documentation recording and updating.
2. To co-ordinate and human relation working attitude with Assembly fellow team and others department pro-actively and team-work at all time for Assembly targets and timely update/delivery.
3. To develop continuous improvement of Assembly management and etc.
Education level:
1. Min. ITE/NITEC/HNTEC Diploma level in Engrg or equivalent with computer literacy (Microsoft office).
Experience level:
1. Three (3) years of project management in Engineering or manufacturing environment or its relevant
2. Those who with experience working with multi-discipline project teams in manufacturing and assembly environment.
3. Ability to work effectively with inter-department and customers to achieve deadlines and under pressure-filled conditions.
