- Desk bound job.

- Complete Declaration at stipulated rate per day and per hour with full compliance.

- Maintain account assigned for exception declarations.

- Follow up on daily shipment holds and find solutions in a timely manner to process the customs clearance

- Respond to phone and email enquiries on brokerage- related services

- Prepare and provide various reports in a timely manner to meet customers’ timelines

Requirements:

- Able to start work immediately

- 5 working day

- Possess good work ethics and positive attitude

- Able to handle pressure & adapt in a fast-pace environment

- Knowledge in Mircosoft Excel is a must

- Expect overtime on a regular basis

* Day to day project management, include liaison with all parties involved in the project (include the Architect, Designer, Consultant, Main & Sub Contractors, Supplier and other M&E Contractors,etc)

* Attend Site Meetings

* Preparation of work schedules and monitoring of project costing, work progress and coordination with all parties involved to ensure work progress smoothly & completed with target time and budget

* To manage project from inception to planning to completion

Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Administration

Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the general whol sales & marketing industry

Someone who are independent, organized and possesses hands on experience in planning and executing trade marketing and branding activities

Excellent analytical and communication skills that enables individual to connect with various stakeholders

Attentive to details, results-oriented, resourceful, able to multi-task and self-motivated

Excellent interpersonal skills and willing to go the extra mile
