Responsibilities:

• Events Planning: Help with the organisation and execution of physical and virtual events, such as seminars and webinars. Tasks include sourcing for speakers, sourcing for venues, handling on-site setup and logistics, etc.
• Events Marketing: Assist in creation of marketing materials and liaising with marketing teams to promote and drive registration for the events. Track performance and highlight to teams what messages are working well or not.
• Sponsors Management: Assist with the management of event sponsors, ensuring sponsors' entitlements are met, sponsors are briefed on event logistics.
• Speakers Management: Assist with the management of speakers, ensuring content they are going to present is appropriate, slides are formatted properly.
• Tracking and Reporting: Assist in tracking the performance of event registration, identify areas for improvement, and work with marketing teams to increase registration numbers.
• Research Competitors: Help gather information about competitors’ events and identify opportunities to improve our strategies.

Job Description:

This is a full role for an Account Assistant located in Changi. Our client provides full-fledged freight forwarder offering full inter-model transportation services for both inbound and outbound cargos. As a People Operations Intern you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and customer-focused experience throughout our employees (referred to as Wisers) lifecycle by supporting our team members to excel at Wise.

The person will be involved in building up the overall direction for marketing initiatives and be responsible for the day-to-day execution with cross functional teams, clients, vendors as well as partners.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Drive and support our clients’ (i.e. Banks, Fintechs, Merchants) payments marketing initiatives with Visa’s marketing advisory and solutions, working closely with the Accounts Leads to strategise and propose impactful and relevant marketing programs to drive business revenue for our clients, across both B2B and B2C programs.

What the Senior Consultant, Client Success does at Visa:

As a Client Success Senior Consultant, you will be leading Client Services operational engagement for Visa clients, serving as an operational/technical consultant for Money Movement Solutions products. This is an individual contributor role working independently under limited supervision and requires strong execution, technical knowledge, analytical skills, and relationship management with key stakeholders and clients.

The Senior Consultant is the face of Visa’s support organization to Visa’s clients and represent these clients internally to business, product and technology teams.
