An exciting opportunity in our Singapore office is available for an experienced, creative, and motivated Lighting Designer to become part of the team. You will be collaborating with the best in the business, building on your specialised technical knowledge whilst working on the design of some of the most exciting projects in Singapore and worldwide.

The Inhabit Lighting team is internationally distributed and the team is location independent, enabling access to projects across Australasia, Asia, US and Europe from any location. We uniquely work across all stages of the project lifecycle, from the business case and advisory, to lighting strategy, to detailed modelling, construction, and post-occupancy. This means that we have a focus on real-world results rather than hypothetical targets.

Your typical day at Inhabit could involve:

• Working closely with Clients / Architects to develop concepts for façade, interior and landscape lighting
• Producing sketches, cut-sheets, renderings, etc. to illustrate conceptual ideas
• Developing concepts into schematic and detailed designs with CAD drawings and technical specifications (up to Tender Documentation Standards)
• Work on 3D modelling platforms (Revit / BIM 360) for integrated project management
• Providing budget and power consumption estimates
• Preparing and giving presentations to Clients / Architect to outline designs
• Reviewing supplier and contractor proposed fixtures, fittings and circuitry layouts
• Attending site inspections to review the quality and general arrangement of contractor installations
• Test with lighting beautiful and functional design ideas

Supporting and coordination of product marketing responsibilities with focus on

• Defining programs to meet market specific requirements

• Conducting market research

• Marketing analysis and reporting

You have a good understanding of how marketing work based on your relevant field of study. You can establish and build relationships internally and with working level clients. You’re driven to learn and understand the job function of the client servicing team include performing fairly menial tasks which are part of client servicing scope. You are a believer that data and creativity will drive transformation. Ability to multi-task and follow through on projects with cross-reporting to key stakeholders.

Expectations of an Account Servicing Intern

• Responsible for administrative tasks including but not limiting to billing advices, preparing cost estimates, quotation, writing minutes, deck beautifications etc
• Support supervisor in project management include updating project briefs and timeline
• Coordination work during pre and post shoot

Role Purpose

The successful candidate(s) will work with experienced consulting professions and support the regional team in delivering a wide range of consulting mandates across the energy transition, oil and mining value chains. The position requires the ability to problem solve and apply/develop industry knowledge to a broad range of strategic consulting projects and client situations.

• Supporting the consulting teams on a range of consulting projects, particularly through operation of sophisticated internal models and creating and developing new analyses
• Contributing towards the content and format of consulting presentations and reports
• Extracting data from internal and external sources such as databases, websites and Wood Mackenzie products
• Demonstrate high standards of professionalism and attention to detail to ensure the highest quality analysis is delivered
• Proactively take ownership of project workstreams with the ability to defend work to clients and consulting team peers in a coherent, credible and authoritative manner
