Role Purpose
This role will manage Maplecroft’s existing and growing business in Oceania and will be responsible for retaining and growing client revenue and relationships primarily in Australia, New Zealand, and Papua New Guinea.

Role Focus

Main Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain sales while maximising profitability of Maplecroft’s offerings by successfully managing an extensive client portfolio;

Position Overview

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Engineering, you will be joining our Identity organization currently building a scalable solution to help our enterprise customer having a frictionless account and identity experience across Autodesk's ecosystem. Responsibilities

• Write effective and testable code, mostly in Go. Some portion of our system are written in other languages but we're in the process of streamlining our codebase to Go.

• You will contribute to all aspects of service development, mainly back-end services, and ensure everything is properly tested/validated.

We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer (Document Management System) to join us in our mission to improve Singapore’s competitiveness as a trusted ICT hub for citizens and businesses.

A brief summary of your job responsibility:

Your primary focus will be on the infrastructure, business requirements and functional solution aspects of the Document Management System. In this role, you will work in an operations team, in collaboration with key stakeholders, to:

• Operate and maintain the enterprise Document Management System, to manage organisation content and documents
• Understand and analyse the business requirements/workflow
• Participate in the requirements gathering sessions and translate business cases into technical and functional specifications
• Evaluate and recommend solutions that best address business and operational needs
• Review system testing, integration testing and data conversion documents to verify that specifications are met
• Drive a smooth deployment, adoption and operations of the solution
• Perform maintenance, upgrades and technology refresh for the system and its underlying components; in response to technology advancement, EOL and security/compliance requirements
• Work with developers to understand and troubleshoot technical problems as needed
• Undertake root cause analysis for problems in order to implement preventive and corrective measures to meet business and performance needs

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience
• Good understanding of user experience design, web application and system security principles and implementation, session management and operations best practices
• Demonstrable experience in Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 administration, Windows Clustering, IIS, SQL Server database administration and its availability features (Always-On, Availability Groups)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Application Servers (Tomcat) and containerised application concepts
• Familiarity with enterprise Document or Content Management Systems will be advantageous
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure and/or application solutioning and design, and testing
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders
• Pro-active, resourceful and self-motivated to innovate and take smart risks to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction
• Able to take a broad, strategic perspective as well as drill deep to understand business needs and challenges
• Able to facilitate discussions/workshops to elicit, manage and prioritise key business needs
• Knowledge and practice of Agile methodologies for operations and development work will be advantageous

As a Software Engineer Intern at Thales, you will:

• Be part of the project team to build innovative Security solutions for Homeland Security, Smart Cities and Critical Infrastructures.

• Participate in the technical design, technical writing, code development, and testing for certain modules/functionalities in the solution.

• Provide strong and timely support to IVVQ team and Site deployment.

• Gain experience on Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from a major government project.

• Gain hands-on experience on latest software/web/mobile technology stacks.

Key requirements:

• Relevant knowledge, skill and experience in software/web development

• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, .NET, Go is good-to-have.

• Proficiency in HTML5/CSS, TypeScript, Angular, MQ and Apache Kafka is good-to-have.

• Experience with test automation tools and framework for web application is good-to-have.

• Experience with setting up continuous integration (e.g., GitLab CI) is good-to-have.

• Experience with virtualization and container and knowledge about Dockers and Kubernetes is good-to-have.
