Corporate Tax

• Assist and support in providing tax compliance and advisory services to clients spanning various industries
• Prepare clients' corporate and individual tax returns, including estimated chargeable income filing and withholding tax returns
• Assist clients in responding to queries from the tax authorities
• Attend to queries from clients and all matters arising from a portfolio of clients

GST

• Applying for GST registration/de-registration
• Preparing, reviewing and filing GST quarterly returns
• Assisting clients to apply for certain GST relief schemes
• Attending to GST queries raised by IRAS
• Conducting GST health checks, ASK and ACAP reviews for clients
• Handling GST audits and investigations
• Making voluntary disclosure of errors to IRAS
• Applying for advance rulings on the GST treatment of proposed transactions

Job Requirements

• Preferably Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification in Accountancy or SCTP Accredited Tax Professionals are preferred
• Positive attitude with great communication skills, meticulous, analytical and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Entry level candidates with recognised university degrees who are interested to pursue a career in tax are also welcome to apply as training will be provided
• Candidate with at least 3 years of relevant experience will be considered for Senior position
• Strong in written and verbal English
• Good knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Good report writing and interpersonal skills
• Singaporean only

Job Description

• Credit Risk Assessment: Evaluates and approves credit limits, payment terms, and risk measures. Uses tools like credit insurance, financial analysis, and trade references to mitigate credit risks effectively.
• Collections and Accounts Receivable (AR) Management: Manages and drives collections, with responsibilities for AR factoring, credit insurance claims, and debt recovery through various channels.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Works closely with teams in Commercial, Legal, Operations, Treasury, and Finance to resolve issues, ensure compliance with credit policies, and align objectives.
• Process Improvement: Identifies operational gaps, initiates credit process improvements, and oversees integration projects within the credit function.
• Customer Relations: Conducts reviews and customer visits when needed to address issues and strengthen relationships.
• Leadership and Team Management: Leads and motivates direct reports while implementing performance measures for credit operations.
• Ad-Hoc Tasks: Handles additional responsibilities and projects to adapt to evolving business needs.

Job Requirement:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in credit analysis and collections management within commodity trading/manufacturing MNC or banking.
• Skills:Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
  Multicultural experience, with the ability to engage various groups and management levels.
• Attributes:Independent, meticulous, mature, and a strong team player. Receptive to changing responsibilities and new challenges.
• Additional Requirements:People management experience is a plus. Willingness for after-hours calls and travel as needed.

Job Description:

• Responsible for AR and AP duties and handle full sets of Accounts
• Collect the needed business records used for banking processes.
• Do month-end closing activities.
• Enter accurate data into the accounting system on time.
• Preparation and submission of GST returns quarterly
• Assisting in variance analysis, budgeting, management reporting and inventory management
• Get reports from the accounting system for use.
• Keep accurate financial records and statements.

Job Requirement:

• Accounting/Business/Economics related qualification required
• Good working knowledge of ERP system is an advantage
• Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• A self-starter who can plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
• Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in accounting is an advantage

Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

• Customer Inquiries: Answer and manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels, providing accurate and timely information.

Accounts Payable (AP):

Accounts Receivable (AR):
