• Ensure accurate and timely reports, forecasts, and variance analysis, providing monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc updates.
• Partner with departments to address challenges, implement changes, and support business goals with data-driven insights.
• Explore opportunities, develop plans, and assist with business cases and cash flow forecasts for strategic decision-making.
• Prepare strategic reports and presentations for senior leadership, including cash flow statements, consolidated financials, and profit and loss projections.
• Review subsidiary accounts to ensure alignment with group objectives, identifying and addressing potential risks.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 2 years of Regional Accounts Management and Financial Modelling Analysis experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities, with a knack for creating strategic documents.

As Engineering Director, you lead our engineering teams. This role is both strategic and technical. You are responsible for hiring new team members, managing managers, defining and promoting the team’s ways of working as well as developing training strategies. At the strategic level, you align engineering activities with company goals and objectives, provide expert guidance and support, approve newly-developed policies from various departments, and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. To be successful in this position, you should have exceptional leadership, communication, and management skills and years of management experience.

Chapters

• Optimize team composition and defines the strategy to move towards the optimal organizational setup of the chapters
• Ensure Backbase grades and salaries are kept within boundaries and calibrated during each performance cycle amongst the entire chapters
• Promote a diverse and inclusive culture in the chapters
• Ensure that all engineering managers in the chapters have the necessary skills to perform their role
• Reviews and pro-actively seeks out new tools and techniques that could improve our ability to effectively lead the people in the chapters

Qualifications:

• 10+ years as an Engineering Manager or IT operations
• Master's degree within the engineering field
• Excellent English speaking, writing and presentation skills
