Our team is responsible for developing next-generation chatbot and machine translation solutions to improve the TikTok Shopping experience across the world. We are currently looking for talented engineers that have a deep understanding of natural language processing and machine learning, especially ones with solid skills and experience of large language models, machine translation, and conversational AI.

Responsibilities

- You will be responsible for developing and optimizing the intelligent customer service of TikTok shopping. Responsible for the NLP-related research and development, mainly including:

About the Team

Our Infrastructure Engineering organization build and operate hyper-scale datacenters, manage the life cycle of server fleet, allocate cloud resources and create various cloud solutions, and provide infrastructure services including widely distributed Content Distribution Networks (CDNs). Job Description

Provide operation and administration support on system infrastructure according to the agreed service levels.

• System administration;

• Backup and recovery administration;

• Server security administration;

• Performance and fault management;

• Report requirements; and

• Server management support.

Type of system infrastructure includes:

• Physical Servers;

• Virtual Machines (VMware, Hyper-V);

• Windows Active Directory (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy) <- This is a must.

• Storage (SAN);

• Backup (Veritas, Backup-exec, backup appliance).

Type of Operating System includes:

• Windows Server 2016/2019/2022

• Experience with RedHat Linux is a bonus
