What will you be doing?

• Attend to incidents and problem resolution within stipulated SLA
• Support SRs and changes; Follow the ITSM process
• Administer and maintain the system; Maintain availability and optimal performance of the systems
• Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
• Support and upgrade of software (IIS, .Net Framework, 3rd party monitoring tools, etc)
• Work with the vendor like Microsoft, IBM for upgrades/issues/analysis
• Interface with different stakeholders in the project (security team, customers, infra and application teams)

Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of IT support and programming experience in Windows Servers, IIS, .Net Framework,C#,VB, Asp.Net, PowerShell, Javascript
• Experience in monitoring, tuning and troubleshooting of IIS, .Net Framework related issues.
• Good understanding of server, Operating systems, network, firewalls, Load balancers, Active Directory, Database, etc.
• Good knowledge in ITIL
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills
• Able to work well in a team environment
• Shift work is required for this position on 24x7 on rotational basis, including weekends and public holiday.
• 12 hours rotating shift as per duty roster (including 1 hour lunch break) including Saturday, Sunday and PH.
• 2 days work, 2 days off
