· Proj Mgt qualification (Scrum master).
· Good to have Certification Prince 2, PMP.

· Experience working in fast-paced organizations with the ability to work to deadlines, whilst managing often changing and conflicting priorities.
· Establish trust with project staff and develop strong working relationships.
· Identify cross-functional dependencies and work with relevant department stakeholders to coordinate and prioritize activities.
· Possess a good understanding of IT and Telecommunications terminology and practices.
· Experience working on optical network deployment projects or similar function.
· Manage escalations with project stakeholders.
· Resolve issues by identifying the root cause and implementing robust, lasting solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
· Continuous Improvement (CI) mindset.
Typical daily tasks
· Manage Programs/Projects involving Optical Infrastructure/Services deployment.
· Project Governance - Ensuring project resources execute against plans within the agreed time frame and budget.
· Tracking costs associated to a project, ensuring projects remain within budget
· Stakeholder Management - Leading scrum and other project calls as required, whilst keeping teams and management informed of critical activities and challenges impacting the program.
· Supporting Vendor & Supplier Management, including logistics where needed
· Reporting - Create group/project weekly Product Status Reports (PSRs), Milestone trackers, Metrics & Reports for communicating statuses to management.
· Risk & Issue Management – Working with resources to ensure risks/issues are identified, documented, and managed to guidelines.
· Attend project wash-up reviews and provide input to develop key learnings and execute actions to address them.
· Identify areas for continuous improvement, document issues seen, and provide suggestions on how to handle them.
