The main objective of the department is to assist the General Manager and Acting General Manager in the management of Singapore Branch office, Asia-Oceania Chief Regional Officer’s office, and subsidiaries of its business-related activities, as well as to support our Senior Executives in the Power Solution Group in our Head Office in Tokyo.

· To lead and manage activities in Power Solution Department in Singapore Branch.

· Based on each business situation of Power Solution Group’s subsidiaries, group companies in Singapore, and the branch offices in the Asia-Oceania region, assist to define business strategies, reach a consensus with Tokyo HQ and CRO office, and support the activities of those frontline group companies and the branch offices.

· Leveraging Singapore’s unique political/business environment, create new business models which are aligned with the Company’s direction and Power Solution Group’s business strategies.

· To analyze information and reports to identify global and local market trends, as well as new destinations and growth opportunities, and its relevant business industries in Singapore and Asia-Oceania region.
