About the role

We are recruiting for a Specialist - Post Fixture Invoicing for our Commercial Services unit. Our Commercial Services team is the engine room of our Commercial business, focusing on post-deal tasks such as contracting, invoicing, trade finance, shipping documentation, and laytime. The Commercial Services Post Fixture team supports Rio Tinto Marine Ops and Chartering business.

The primary responsibilities of the role include:

• Ensure efficient and effective invoicing of bulk commodities for our Pacific business.
• Support in coordination for Sales & Marketing teams in IO for related matters in invoicing, trade finance, shipping, and laytime.

Reporting to the CS Marine Supervisor, you will:

• Understand the key value drivers for the product group or business unit and act as the point of coordination with the business for solutions.

• Review and monitor the progress of invoicing activities across bulk commodities to ensure invoicing and processes are handled efficiently.
