ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Retail Sales Development:

Build the sell-out objectives by brand and by category for the area and per door.

Identify and build the yearly sell-out strategy to gain in market share.

Propose and recommend proactively corrective sell-out actions to improve the business and seize potential opportunities.

Be on the floor to drive sales along with Retail Supervisor (in Singapore) and be pro-active in sharing feedback to RM/AM and action plan to boost sales

• Management of Sales Force:

Manage >10 BC or advanced BC or specialist with individual and collective meeting, adapting expectation and being fair and motivating in the way they are managed

Recruit, follow, develop, and evaluate BC (& promoters), monitoring their motivation, skills, and performance (quantitative and qualitative)

Create a team spirit getting the right person at the right place at the right moment

Organize their planning and zoning in order to maximize the sell out and profitability

Communicate monthly sales target to BCs and follow-up on their achievement.

• Brand Image, Marketing & Merchandising:

Visit the POS on a regular basis to monitor stock levels, merchandising displays, product mix and take corrective measures when necessary.

Implement the Merchandising and Marketing strategy: be fully responsible for Merchandising execution, implement the planograms per door according to the agreed assortments, ensure the marketing guidelines are applied.

Ensure all POSM, testers and GWP are ordered on time and in a controlled way with the support of Commercial Executive and Retail Supervisor

Liaise with the contractors on the promotion set up and order transparencies for the POS and promotion sites.

Install new counters ensuring qualitative execution and follow up.

• Animations Management:

Coordinate the animations implementation to achieve the objectives: prepare the brief based on competition activities and field experience, coordinate with the visual merchandising the set-up installation, set the sell-out target with the Senior Retail Manager/ Area Manager and build effective 360 activation plan to achieve the target in respect with the given budget, in charge of animations report.

Recommend extra opportunities to have extra space, visuals, promotion events etc.

• Training:

Collaborate with Regional Train to train BCs on new product, sales techniques, product knowledge, and coach them on performance skills.
Ensure grooming standards, sales techniques, product knowledge are well respected.

Conduct store visits to ensure training & coaching are optimal and identify future training needs.

Assess Beauty Consultants performance on a yearly basis.

We’re looking for a Platform Due Diligence Agent to join our team in Singapore.

You will also develop an in-depth understanding of Wise’s business model and foster relationships with teams across the company as you work to help them understand Due Diligence risk exposure and mitigation strategies.

Your Mission:

Wise has already pioneered new ways for people to transfer money across borders and currencies. Our customers can also manage their hard-earned money with the world’s first platform to offer true multi-currency banking. Under KYC's newest Platform Pillar team called 'Platform Due Diligence', your mission is to support Wise due diligence needs for our Customers of Wise's Platform Partnership initiative according to Wise’s internal risk-based approach, appetite, and policy.  

What You’ll Actually Do! 

You will be a member of Wise’s Partnerships team to help provide skilled onboarding support to customers of Wise’s partners who utilise Wise's platform/API services:
 

• Ensuring that we offer an excellent due diligence support and onboarding experience specialised attention for platform end-customers;

• Reviewing CDD/EDD documents, as well as communicating alongside various departments to guarantee an optimal speed for transfers;

• Identifying, gathering data to supporting and escalating product issues (bugs); 

• Helping to improve existing processes by providing daily feedback to specialists or team lead (onboarding, tooling, training, mentoring);

• Working with other Due Diligence teams to expand PDD coverage to all necessary regions;

• Having a deep understanding of different platform building blocks, verification models, customer models, country risks and regulatory requirements across multiple geographies;

• Performing Due Diligence on existing, new and/or potential platform end-customers based on risk mitigation controls and certain trigger events;

• Providing guidance and responses to daily inquiries from peers, front-line and management regarding due diligence matters and case analysis, when appropriate;

• Assessing Risk level of referred profiles that may or may not meet the risk criteria expected from escalations, collaborating with appropriate stakeholders;

• Keeping up to date with updates and changes in Wise’s internal risk-based approach to KYC/CDD.

Your responsibilities may span the following areas:

• Data cleaning and organizing
• Tracking performance of NBCU content across various platforms –linear and digital
• Assist in populating templated reports
• Report writing and insight generation
• Brainstorm ideas for how to improve/ automate current processes in place

We are seeking a Supervising Producer to support the Director of Content to ensure the effective management and delivery of cross-platform commercial content solutions for its Asia Pacific operations. This role will be pivotal for Catalyst in ensuring that the innovative and creative content produced by the studio upholds the best-in-class standards audiences have come to expect from our brand.

We are looking for someone with a passion for and experience in creating amazing content across multi-platforms. The Supervising Producer will work closely with the production teams to oversee projects from inception of ideas to delivery, across multiple projects on all platforms.

The Supervising Producer must be creative and have visual flair, fully understands compliance issues, and is also calm, organized, and proficient in troubleshooting. The team will look to the Supervising Producer for creative guidance, leadership, and managerial direction across the full production lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project management to ensure that commercial projects are executed and delivered on time and on budget.
• To produce and originate distinctive multiplatform content.
• Planning content and leading production shoot on location within APAC
• Liaising with c-suite and leaders to secure and schedule interviews.
• Working with and reviewing third-party content to ensure suitability for use, re-editing assets as necessary, and ensuring production standards are maintained.
