An opportunity has arisen for the role of an experienced Department to lead our Loan Administration in Asia. Our team provides loan portfolio administration services to our Private Debt Fund and credit clients. 

Responsibilities include:

Management of a portfolio of loan administration clients and for overseeing onboarding of new loans onto a servicing platform.

Assisting in designing and documenting the processes and procedures across all aspects of the delivery in the loan cycle.

Leading business development initiatives and assist in the preparation of prospective client presentations including showcasing our technology offering. 

Managing the standard of work delivered from staff monitoring quality and efficiency of work provided and delegate work to appropriate levels as required.  Including: (1) overseeing the servicing of loan rate and payment changes as per the loan documents. (2)  supervising the proof and reconciliation of general ledger accounts related to the loan portfolio. (3) reviewing and authorising statements and closing documents (4) overseeing the processing and servicing of loan participations and syndications.

Acting as the point of contact, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and liaising with these parties on a frequent basis.

Leading/Training of offshore team who will be the main BAU support.

You may perform special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for processing shipments, tracking and tracing, and communicating with customers and other departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics and customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain knowledge of customer policies on all aspects of product movement
• Work towards individual and department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Assist with investigation and data collection for post mortem due to gap in process or incident
• Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional departments, as well as carriers, vendors, and other service providers
• Articulate process improvement ideas to managers
• Create documented process for customers when requested - SOP/SWI creation
• Other tasks as required

• Providing financial advisory to clients offering wealth management solution including insurance, unit trusts, FX and deposits
• Take a consultative approach to understandi every client's needs and recommending the right solutions to solve their financial problems and achieve financial freedom
• Cross-selling of full range wealth management products to meet customers’ needs
• Providing clients with timely information and advice to their financial needs
• To engage customers through branch banking , tele-appointments, customer referrals.
• Cultivate partnerships with segment partners to obtain and provide referrals
• Proactively develop and establish long term relationships with clients and provide good after-sales service to them\
• Establish new relationships and manage existing relationship to generate new AUM

You will produce new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model. You will accomplish this through account planning, territory planning, researching prospect customers, using business development strategies and completing field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects, territory or vertical.
