Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Define and articulate the strategic direction for Sierra's digital products, aligning with the company’s mission to deliver high-performance, reliable, and user-friendly software solutions.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch management.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate effective coordination with key departments, including design, engineering, and marketing.
• Feature Prioritization and Roadmap: Take ultimate responsibility for product feature prioritization, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of business objectives, user feedback, and technical considerations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain processes for regular engagement with users and other stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure products meet evolving market demands.
• User Experience Excellence: Partner closely with the lead product designer to ensure that our product offerings deliver an unparalleled user experience.
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and grow the product team, including overseeing product management and design personnel.
• Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Monitor key product metrics to gauge success and inform strategic product enhancement decisions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior product management role, preferably within a software development company.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring high-performing product teams.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Deep understanding of product lifecycle management and user experience design.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and issuing of orders at collection counter
• Perform product exchange
• Perform monthly stock count
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
• Good interpersonal skills
• Able to commit to the below working hours

Working hours:

Mondays to Fridays, 12pm to 9pm and alternate Saturdays, 12pm to 4pm
