Outcomes: 

1. Review and Approval of High-Risk Client Assessments: Review 100% of escalated high-risk client cases within 2 hours, providing constructive feedback to the compliance officer on any oversight or areas for improvement. Present each case to the Head of Compliance for final approval within 4 hours.
2. Timely Management of Screening Alerts: Ensure that no name screening alerts remain outstanding for more than 24 hours, and no transaction monitoring alerts remain unresolved beyond 48 hours.
3. Quality Review and Reporting: Conduct quality reviews of Low/Medium/High-Risk (L/M/HR) cases, covering at least 20% of each risk category. Prepare a findings report with suggested remediations to improve overall quality and adherence.
4. Investigation Timeliness and STR Filing: Complete and/or review  that at least 80% of investigations within 15 calendar days, ensuring that any required STRs are filed within 15 calendar days of closing the investigation.
5. Enhancements to on-board and on-going monitoring Processes: Identify and recommend key improvements in conducting client risk assessment, transaction monitoring or screening processes, implemented with Product and IT teams.
6. Supplement the roles and responsibilities of the Head of Compliance and Risk during his absence, ensuring seamless continuity in compliance operations, and effectively manage any tasks delegated by the Head of Compliance and Risk
7. Regulatory Monitoring and Policy Updates: Monitor regulatory changes across all jurisdictions where Sleek operates, update the obligations register, and ensure compliance policies remain current and aligned with regulatory requirements.
8. Training Development and Delivery: Be a key contributor to designing, developing, and running training programs for compliance officers and Sleek employees, ensuring a strong compliance culture organization-wide.
9. Inspection and Licensing Support: Support the Head of Compliance during internal audits, regulatory inspections, and licensing applications or renewals across Sleek’s global footprint.
10. Compliance & Risk Dashboard Management: Establish and maintain a compliance and risk  heatmap dashboard to facilitate prioritization and decision-making for initiatives and resource allocation.

To do this, you will have a minimum of 6 years experience as Senior Compliance Officer, or Internal Auditor and you will be located in Singapore.

Responsibility:

Carry out security governance and compliance checks and enforcement

• Communicate agencies and Government's policies and directives as required

• Conduct preliminary gap analysis on emerging policies such as IM8 new requirements and

provide advice/assistance to project teams

• Perform incident reporting, incident investigating, and closure with all internal and

external parties.

• Track and monitor incidents and work with project teams to ensure closure and timely

reporting

• Facilitate and track closure of VDP, VA and PT reported findings

• Perform verification of scorecard submission and carry out reporting

• Facilitate GOI/GSTI information dissemination, and perform tracking and reporting to

GIROC/GITSIR on required polls

• Assist project teams to identify ICT security risks and implement security measures and to

meet compliance with MCCY and IM8 security policies

• Assist in the dissemination of IT Advisory or security eDMs

• Perform analysis of phishing recalcitrant and conduct training/briefing when required

Key Responsibilities

1. Videography & Photography

- Plan, shoot, and edit property showcase videos/photos, corporate events, and branding & promotional content.

- Handle all videography/photography-related equipment, including cameras, lenses, stabilizers, lighting, and audio recording tools, to produce high-quality content.

- Possess a valid drone operator's license is a plus, enabling aerial videography to capture stunning perspectives of properties.

2. Post-Production

- Edit raw footage/images into polished, high-quality videos/photos with professional transitions, color grading, and sound design.

- Create short-form content optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).

3. Content Optimization

- Stay updated on video marketing trends and implement innovative techniques to enhance video performance.

- Ensure all videos are optimized for SEO and social media algorithms.

- Manage the uploading and organization of video content on the YouTube channel.

4. Team Collaboration

- Work closely with the marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.

- Ensure properties are in the best possible condition or readily staged for filming/photo-taking.

5. Equipment Management

- Maintain video equipment to ensure its optimal performance and recommend new tools or software to improve production quality.

Requirements

1. Creative, with a strong understanding and application of lighting, composition, and audio recording techniques.

2. High proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.

3. Expertise in motion graphics, animation (e.g., After Effects), 3D camera work, and software platforms (e.g., Matterport).

4. Experience in drone videography and familiarity with CAA/CAAS regulations.

5. Ability to plan and execute video shoots and manage post-production independently.

6. Flexibility to handle multiple projects and adapt to last-minute changes in schedules or client requirements.
