The Role

Responsiblities

Payroll

• Ensure accurate and timely salary payments, plus mailing of payslips to associates

Billing

• Follow-up with clients on the receipt and query of the invoices.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoice delivery, i.e. mode, invoicing requirements etc.

Reporting

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of statutory contributions, i.e. CPF, SDL, etc.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly closing reports to Finance.
• Support in providing adhoc reports upon branches' request within reasonably agreed timeline.

• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging.
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment.
• Review and analyze images for quality and accuracy.

• Adhere to health and safety regulations.

Requirement

• Degree in Radiography or related field.

JOB MISSION

The Digital Copywriter is a creative storyteller and strategic thinker who crafts compelling content to meet our clients' objectives. Working closely with the Creative and Accounts teams, you’ll create content that resonates with audiences while aligning with brand identities and campaign goals. Your role is crucial in delivering work that inspires, engages, and drives results.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES

First 90 Days

We expect you to hit the ground running by quickly immersing yourself in our team, processes, and clients' brands. Here’s what success looks like in your first three months:

Master Our Workflow:

• Gain a clear understanding of task distribution within the Content team, how approvals work, and how to collaborate effectively.
• Learn the processes for integrating with the Design and Animation teams to ensure smooth creative execution.

Understand the Accounts You Support:

• Dive deep into the brands, campaigns, and target audiences of your assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with the Accounts team to understand client goals and the tone of voice for each project.
  

Contribute Meaningfully:

• Begin delivering polished and on-brand copy for ongoing projects by Week 3, ensuring content meets both internal and client expectations.
• Participate in brainstorms and strategy sessions, actively contributing ideas and insights.
  

Develop a Content Toolkit:

• Create reference materials (e.g., tone guides, content matrices) for your assigned accounts to streamline future content creation.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the creative process and propose improvements.
  

Day-to-Day Expectations

• Conceptualise and craft high-quality copy across formats, including social media posts, website copy, email campaigns, and long-form content, tailored to the target audience.
• Meet deadlines with content that aligns with client objectives, requiring minimal revisions.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, navigating approvals and feedback efficiently.
• Stay on top of industry trends and creative best practices, incorporating them into your work.
