3) Campaigns and Advocacy

• Lead advocacy and awareness campaigns for the TRCL Group’s programs, creating a strong public presence for key initiatives.
• Utilize data-driven insights to craft compelling narratives and campaigns that influence stakeholders and public opinion.
• Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to amplify campaign reach and effectiveness.

4) Digital and Technological Integration

• Develop and implement digital-first strategies for marketing and communication activities, incorporating emerging trends and platforms.
• Ensure consistent and impactful use of social media, SEO, and content marketing strategies to expand reach and engagement.
• Oversee the integration of automation tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing) for campaign management and audience segmentation.

5) Brand Management

• Safeguard the TRCL Group’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communications, campaigns, and events.
• Lead brand refresh initiatives, if necessary, to ensure alignment with evolving organizational goals and audience expectations.
• Conduct audience research to inform brand strategy and ensure alignment with public perception.

5) Others

• Support the CEO and senior leadership team in crafting speeches, presentations, and talking points for public appearances.
