Reporting to the Head of Sales Asia, the Sales Manager SEA is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, including distributors and major industrial accounts, across Southeast Asia. The role involves selling high-value technical ingredients by providing tailored solutions to meet specific client needs.
Your main tasks will be :
Distributor Network Management
•
Oversee and optimize the distribution network in SEA.
•
Collaborate with distributors to enhance NEXIRA's visibility and market presence.
•
Provide technical and marketing support to distributors and drive their performance.
•
Regular reporting in the CRM tool and to management
Business Development & Prospecting
•
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
•
Develop and implement a commercial strategy to maximize market potential.
•
Represent NEXIRA at key B2B and F&B trade shows.
Key Account Management
•
Act as the primary contact for industrial key accounts in SEA.
•
Strengthen client relationships and support revenue growth through long-term contracts.
THIS POSITION IS FOR YOU IF…
You have a degree in Food Engineering, Sales and Marketing or Business Administration, with at least 3 years' experience in ingredients B-to-B sales ideally on the Asian food market.
•
You have good sales, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as negotiation skills
•
You are autonomous, curious and committed, and you like a challenge
•
You are bilingual in English or native English speaker; knowledge of an Asian language would be a plus
•
You are familiar with Southeast Asian culture and business practices.
With the support of our Client, you will develop :

B-to-B sales of natural and plant-based ingredients on various food markets in South East Asia.
