What would a Transcreation Project Manager do at Hogarth?
As a Transcreation Project Manager, you'd be responsible for project managing localisation work for our client's Marketing Communication materials across different platforms. Working closely with our client's Marcom Project Managers and a network of creative talents from various markets across South East Asia (SEA), you'd also engage with other cross-functional teams of producers and project managers to ensure work is delivered on time, on quality and within budget. You'd constantly need to communicate and negotiate priorities and deadlines with internal and external teams to ensure expectations are well managed. Your primary tasks include organising and coordinating schedules, distributing workload, tracking progress of projects and allocated budget.
Requirements
This is a 3-month rolling contract with view for permanency.
- A minimum of 4 years Project Management/Account Management/Traffic background in fast-moving agency environment
- Experience managing multi-market projects
- Experience working on global brands, ideally across all media, including print, interactive and film
- Demonstrable experience managing total creative workflow, i.e, internal briefing, briefing to vendors/studios, managing key milestones/deadlines, presentations/internal approvals, executions, delivery
- Proven project management skills
- Self-driven, organised and have an eye for detail
- Proficient with technology and tools
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in high-pressure situations and tight time frames
- A hands-on, can do approach to solving problems
- Must be able to work on-site at the office in Singapore at times as required, for several weeks at a time
