What to expect
As the Marketing Director, you will play a key role in leading the Marketing department to drive brand growth. This role will also play an important part in strengthening brand identities, aligning and integrating marketing strategies for both offline and online channels.
You will be in charge of:
Driving business strategy
· Evaluate local and international business environment and landscapes
· Develop business continuity strategies, policies and plans aligned with company strategic goals
· Coordinate marketing efforts, analyze market and competitors, creation of new market, exploration of new brands and category opportunities to maximize profits and market share
Driving marketing campaigns
· Establish marketing objectives and strategies
· Establish scope and goals of marketing campaigns
· Conduct situational analysis to assess the organisation’s internal and external business environment and landscape
· Inspire generation of creative concepts for marketing campaigns and communication materials
· Supervise brand management and marketing efforts
· Formulate marketing strategies which are aligned with Mandom Group's overall strategy
Budget forecasting and utilisation
· Manage Marketing expenses and drive growth
· Work closely with Sales Department to ensure sales target achievement
Who we are looking for
· Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in leadership positions
· Experience in managing large teams and driving marketing initiatives
· Shown success in delivering measurable results
· Possesses strong business acumen and has experience managing significant marketing budgets
· Possesses high level of strategic thinking and analytical skills
· Proficient in data analysis to provide solutions in order to ensure company growth
