Roles & Responsibilities
Spa Manager must be equipped with past full time hands-on work experience in the following relevant roles in the past few years in order to be ground on to train, manage and design the spa operation process.
- Must possess past full time full spectrum of work experience as a spa front desk or adminstrator and as a spa therapist
- Educational qualification is not critical and must be conversant in English and other languages
- Proven record of achieving sales target as a spa therapist and ideally been the top 3 sales of the branch
- Relevant certificate as a spa therapist with ready hands-on experience to train new therapists on the massage techniques
- Cheerful and passionate at work
- Strong customer service skills
- Manage daily operations of the spa and meeting overall sales target
- Train and motivate staff to meet sales target and provide excellent customer service
- Able to work on weekdays and all weekends (both Sat & Sun), from 1.30pm to 10.30pm, including 1 hour break
- Able to setup new branches
- Possess digital marketing skills including strong social media applications
- Must be able to articulate well with management
- Able to work in any locations in Singapore
- Able to have strong human resource network to recruit good cashiers and therapists
