Key Responsibilities

1. Incident Management

• Log all incidents (either via phone or email) into the Incident Management System and handle all incidents within the SLA.
• Follow through all the necessary escalation from L1 to L2 and/or 3rd Party, hardware vendor and also to the supervisor.
• Ensure all the information entered into the Incident Management System are accurate and complete to facilitate the generation of monthly report for Management review; else immediate rectification is to be done upon seeking supervisor approval.

2. Asset Management

• Ensure new PCs and IT peripherals deployed are in working conditions else rectification is to be done.
• Ensure the accuracy of the asset information, such as all are tagged and recorded into the asset database, accompanied by necessary form duly signed.
• Report any discrepancy of data to supervisor/ manager and perform the necessary rectification as per supervisor instruction.

3. Desktop Software / Patch Management

• Assist in the testing and rollout of the software/ patches to all PCs.
• Provide daily/ weekly/ monthly update on the progress to the supervisor.

4. Job Request

• Understand the user's requirement, provide recommendation and solution to the user within SLA.
• Provide an immediate update on the status of the request assigned.
• Provide on-site VIP Support to key appointments holders.
• Manage and ensure Desktop Teams does meet a minimum expectation support standard.
• Taking ownership and responsibility of queries, issues and problems assigned to EUC Team members
• Work with vendor support contact to resolve technical issues with the desktop environment or products principle.
• Escalate issues and involve experts or other ITD teams wherever required to resolve issues promptly.
• To identify the needs and requirements of the users and to try to coordinate and comply to meet asset management of client hardware and software.
• To manage, identify and handle issues that may arise and highlight them to relevant party/teams/management.
• Assisting in Condemning/Decommissioning of outdated assets and disposal
• Image Creation and Cloning (Acronis TrueImage) for Tech Refresh and daily BAU operations
• Was trained and learn how to setup an MDT Server (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit)
• Managing Daily IMAC Operations & Project IMAC, leading, scheduling and allocating resources for daily tasks required.
• Perform installation, setup, configuration, diagnostic, migration, upgrading and maintenance of Desktop PC/Laptops, OS, Application, software and related IT peripherals
• Provide support to end-users in troubleshooting and resolving of desktop PC and related IT Products such as Printers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT/Desktop Support Engineer is preferred.
• Flexible to do 12-hours shift.

• Review and establish food safety SOP annually.

• Ensure internal food safety audits are undertaken bi-monthly based on Food Safety policies with a report to the relevant department heads addressing corrective action required.
• Organize food safety training to all levels of staff and casuals.
• Responsible for chairing and organizing food safety meetings within the Hotel.
• Conduct regular supplier audits and inspections on supplier’s food supplied.
• Demonstrate awareness Occupational Health and Safety regulations and policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines.
• Ensure food microbial testing is undertaken at the required frequency

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food Science / Food Technology
• Must possess WSQ Conduct Food & Beverage Hygiene Audit, Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate, HACCAP Certification.
• 2 years of working experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Able to start at short notice would be advantageous

Job Description
The Executive will assist the Operations Manager in managing daily operations and planning manpower to drive operational excellence in the Nursing Home. This includes ensuring that the Nursing Home is in compliance with all regulatory, licensing, safety, and environmental requirements.

In addition, they will also have the opportunity to lead, train, supervise, and mentor staff in areas such as Facilities Management, Repair and Maintenance, Fire Command Centre, and Transportation sections of the Operations department.
- Identify and perform necessary maintenance on buildings and facilities
- Conduct inspections periodically to evaluate the maintenance condition to identify necessary corrective actions
- Report any deficiencies as they occur and request emergency or routine service
- Oversee and manage the appointed contractors to ensure that they conform to the required standards
- Manage the process of contracts, raise Purchase Order(PO) and activate the renewal when due
- Responsible for administrative duties, including developing and maintaining operating procedures, verifying invoices, monitoring expenses, and assisting in budget exercise
- Oversee fire safety measures in the nursing home
- Participate and support work process improvement and technology enhancement projects
- Manage and supervise a team of operations assistants inclusive of recruitment, discipline and performance appraisal
- Ensure that the facilities team is in compliance with workplace safety standards
- To ensure management of the outsource vendor does schedule servicing in a timely manner and submits a service report to MOHH iham before the timeline

• Experience and Expertise:Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in institutional finance or trading environments.
  Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, including derivatives, algorithmic trading, RFQs, market-making, and liquidity.
  Familiarity with both CeFi and DeFi products, services, and regulatory frameworks.
  Previous experience in building new businesses within sales, trading, or business development roles at leading firms
