Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
• Strong financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial statement analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and legal documents accurately.
• Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams (legal, tax, operational).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Asst. Manager and Manager for the smooth operations of floor assigned
• Supervise opening and closing operations ensure standard protocols are followed
• Respond promptly to customer complaints/concerns and suggest solutions to resolve complaints
• Interact positively with customers, ensure customer satisfaction, solicit feedback from customers concerning food and service in the outlet
• Supervise and maintain cleanliness of the outlet
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality / Retail Management or any related field
• Proven supervisory work experience in a hotel or restaurant set up (minimum of 1 years of experience)
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service oriented

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing creative and effective content ideas for TANGS social channels;
• Content creation to support in-store events and activations
• Assist with day to day scheduling and posting for TANGS social channels;
• Copy-writing & editing for all marketing communication initiatives;
• Manage and execute all social media posts requests from the internal team and/or external partners
• Tracking and reporting of Social Media KPIs (e.g. Click-through, engagement rates and follower growth)
• Interacting with customers and dealing with customers’ enquires on social media platforms;
• Assist livestreaming’s event when needed;
• Any other duties which may be assigned by your immediate supervisor/manager from time to time.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of social media platforms and social media trends
• Creative mindset and able to multitask under pressure
• Writes well with a strong command of English
• Photography and videography including editing skills are highly encouraged
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and be a team player
