• Understand the usage of internal communication logs to communicate effectively with other colleagues
• Handle guest feedback and attempt to perform first person recovery steps
• Monitor front office emails and respond to them effectively
• Provide guidance and on job training for Guest Services Officer
• Ensure and check that all daily front desk tasks are completed
• Ensure that all guest arrival and departure procedures are in accordance to SOP and recommend improvements accordingly
• Assist to perform Executive Lounge and Concierge duties whenever required
• Provide warm welcome and fond farewell in accordance to hotel standards and SOPs
• Be efficient in assisting guests throughout their stay, handle guest feedback, and take ownership in providing reasonable solutions
• Be familiar with hotel products and services and recommend to guests accordingly
• Alert Security or Duty Manager of suspicious looking person(s) / articles in the lobby
• Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel products and services
• Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the Front Office areas
• Be fully familiar of the Emergency Procedures, Policies and Standard Operating Procedures as established by the Hotel
• Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the management

This is a Senior Account Manager role in a team of experienced professionals developing, delivering and winning high impact opportunities for Visa. Responsible for a portfolio of regional clients in Cybersource, potential engagements could include portfolio management diagnostics, authorization optimization strategies, assessments of digital product and marketing programs, development of new products with implementation roadmaps, optimizing client customer servicing processes and contract negotiation. Key objectives are client retention, revenue growth and improving NPS. 

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will deliver strategic thought leadership and a consultative approach to service our leading regional Acquirer and merchant clients. The incumbent must be able to develop enduring, strategic relationships with clients and across the Visa organization.

Specific responsibilities include

• Proactively engage with key regional clients and Visa leadership in regular strategic and planning discussions
• Cultivate, manage and service strategic market leading regional accounts
• Develop frameworks, approaches, solutions and recommendations that effectively and efficiently address the most impactful opportunities and challenges
• Partner with peers in other functional areas (e.g., marketing, analytics, risk, innovation) and across global regional teams to execute projects in ways that leverage the breadth and depth of Visa’s resources
• Produce insights and analyses ways to improve client performance, drive understanding of client issues and provide strategic guidance for client priorities across the payment profit and loss 
• Travel may be required

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
