With Supermetrics. We are seeking a dynamic and forward thinking Sales Team Lead to join and drive our SEA sales team to the next level.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a proven Senior Account Executive looking to build and guide a high-performing team, impacting revenue growth within the SMB and Mid-Market segments. You will be a key architect of our SEA sales strategy, leading by example, shaping its execution and fostering a culture of excellence.
Your Mission
As Sales Team Lead JAPAC, you will be responsible for leading a growing team of 4 Account Executives, as well as leading by example through carrying a sales quota. Furthermore, you will be involved in the full spectrum of sales leadership; from strategic planning, team development / coaching and executing new GTM strategies.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Leading by example: Running your own sales opportunities to set the standards for the rest of the SEA team.
Team Building and Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and mentor a growing SEA team of new and experienced Account Executives, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and achievement.
Strategic Execution: Drive sales execution through a structured approach, leveraging sales methodologies, forecasting accuracy, and meticulous deal management.
Market Expertise: Deeply understand the unique dynamics of the SEA market, identifying growth opportunities and tailoring our approach for maximum impact.
Channel Partner experience: understand the superpower of Channel Partners to drive individual and team performance. Lead through ‘doing’ and forging relationships with Channel Partners and educating the SEA team on path to Partner collaboration for long-term success.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyse sales data to identify trends, optimise performance, and contribute to strategic go-to-market decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to drive organisational advancement and ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
