Our Company – Digital Information Technology (DIT) department is seeking an intern who are enthusiastic and eager to learn about our company by helping different teams within the DIT department.

1.The IT intern will support our in-house IT department in providing technical assistance, maintaining computer systems and configurating hardware and software. You will be supporting PSD in various department functions – from Event or Programme Management to Data and Finance Management & Administration, as an intern and will have opportunities to learn and work in meaningful and holistic projects for the community’s school goers and their family.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

1. Assist Programme Co-ordinators on the overall planning, administration and management, and executing operational deliverables of the MENDAKI Tuition Programmes (MTP), Education Support & Partnership initiatives and Empowerment Programmes:

• Programme Planning and Coordination – support in research of topics (identifying concept, target audience, theme, etc) and coordination of managing multiple projects, tasks and resources.

2. Supporting PSD (Vital) Data Team in collecting, evaluating and analysing, reporting and distributing data and research for MENDAKI Tuition Programmes (MTP), Education Support & Partnership initiatives and Empowerment Programmes:

• Monthly Data Collection and Reporting – assist in monthly reporting of PSD key figures for YM management. Ensures accuracy and prompt delivery of data, reports and audits.

• Programme Evaluation – Support in evaluating programmes and initiatives through feedback collection and recommend areas for improvement.

5. Enhancements to on-board and on-going monitoring Processes: Identify and recommend key improvements in conducting client risk assessment, transaction monitoring or screening processes, implemented with Product and IT teams.
6. Supplement the roles and responsibilities of the Head of Compliance and Risk during his absence, ensuring seamless continuity in compliance operations, and effectively manage any tasks delegated by the Head of Compliance and Risk
