General:

• Responsible for execution of all site works inclusive of planning, scheduling, controlling, coordination and ensure works carried out are in accordance to approved Drawing/ specification and complete within the completion date.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Associate (Programme) is a key member of the Active Ageing Centre (AAC) team, supporting the planning and delivery of programmes and initiatives that promote active ageing and enhance the well-being of seniors. Reporting to the Programme Executive/Centre Supervisor, the Associate will assist with day-to-day operations, outreach activities, and engagement with seniors to foster a vibrant and inclusive community.

Key Responsibilities:

Programme Support:

• Assist in the execution of programmes and activities aligned with the five domains of the Active Ageing Programme (AAP): Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, Social, and Vocational.
• Set up, manage, and facilitate daily activities, workshops, and events for seniors.
• Gather feedback from seniors on programme participation for review and improvement.

Community Outreach and Engagement:

• Conduct door-knocking and outreach activities to identify and connect with seniors in the community.
• Support efforts to engage isolated or vulnerable seniors and encourage their participation in AAC activities.
• Build rapport with seniors to foster trust and understanding of their needs.

Volunteer and Partner Engagement:

• Assist in coordinating volunteer involvement in activities and programmes.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for collaborations with community partners and stakeholders.

Administrative Support:

• Maintain accurate attendance records, programme schedules, and activity reports.
• Assist in preparing materials and logistics for programmes and events.
• Data entry and filing to ensure proper documentation for reporting purposes.

Centre Operations:

• Help ensure the smooth running of the AAC, including managing resources and setting up for daily activities.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for seniors and visitors.

• Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, 'A' Levels or Diploma in a relevant discipline (e.g., Social Work, Community Development, Psychology, or Gerontology).
• Prior experience in community engagement or working with seniors will be advantageous.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with seniors and volunteers.
• Enthusiastic, empathetic, and patient in interacting with diverse senior populations.
• Basic organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn other systems as needed.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Ability to communicate in English and at least one local language/dialect to interact effectively with seniors.

What will you do?

• Enhancing the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of a national self-help platform for mental health support
• Ensuring accessibility, usability, and engagement for diverse user demographics, including individuals seeking mental health resources and support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, content creators, and mental health professionals to understand user needs and platform objectives.
• Conduct user research, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms, adhering to best practices and design principles.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics data, and stakeholder input.
• Ensure consistency and coherence across the platform's various sections and versions
• Incorporate accessibility features to accommodate users with diverse needs and disabilities.

What are we looking for?

This role will be part of our APAC Sales team, and will report to the Head of Sales APAC.

Your role and responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the pre-sales lifecycle and closing for the clients that you have been able to prospect and qualify, where you will be primarily selling Flowdesk core services (Market Making, OTC, Custody, Treasury Management solutions) as well as channel partners opportunities.
• This includes prospection, qualifying, and pitching clients, as well as ensuring smooth communication internally and with the client until the launch of the trading services.
• Participate in crypto events in order to grow your network and close clients.
• Collaborate closely with the rest of the sales team on the pre-sales and post-sales (account managers) as well as the trading, legal, and marketing teams.
• Ensure frequent reporting and tracking using Salesforce.
• Provide support to the global sales team when required (NAM and EMEA desks).

Background and experience

• 1 to 3 years in the cryptocurrency space, ideally at an exchange or a prime broker, or in a client-facing seat with financial experience with a strong crypto interest
• Existing crypto network/ previous crypto experience required
