Responsible for organizing and managing project management activities, ensuring that projects are executing smoothly and efficiently against an agreed plan and budget. Handle customer's enquires on the assigned projects and be the primary point of contact between the company and customers. Coordinate the activities of functional departments to support the project.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct cost estimation and feasibility study meeting
- Prepare and submit customer final Product Print and components 2D Prin to Document Control
- Organize and chair Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) Team meeting
- Establish Process Flow, FMEA, Packaging Specification, Control Plan and Production Information (PPI)
- Prepare Project Schedule and PPI after reviewing with customer
- Work with Tooling Engineer to assign tooling project subcontractor and release Purchase Request
- Lead APQP Team in reviewing Design Concept and preparing the design for manufacturability and Assembly (DFMEA)
- Review design with customer
- Establish Error Proofing, Productivity and Yield
- Monitor and tracking closely on all tool-up progress, tool repair/modification and all drawing updates to ensure schedule compliance
- Submit sample and PPAP report to customer and progress tracking
- Update and release PPI and Process Flow Chart upon PPAP approval
- Conduct hand over meeting
REQUIREMENT:
- Degree / Diploma in Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
- Min 3 years experience with basic knowledge in Unigraphics, Solidworks, Molding & Tool making
