The Project Sales Manager will act as liaison between the company project team and clients, providing information on planning, delivering, testing, commissioning, service and maintenance repair related knowledge from securing to closing of a project.

Roles & Responsibilities

What you will do: 

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end operations for payments business, ensuring smooth execution, scalability, and continuous process optimization.
• Drive the development and implementation of operational strategies, processes, and tools that improve efficiency and scalability.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, driving continuous innovation in payment processes.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless integration of payment operations with other critical functions, such as Sales, Partnerships, Compliance, Finance, and etc.

• Manage Compliance Operations to ensure that payment processes adhere to local and international regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of risk management and compliance. Collaborate with the Compliance team to address broader regulatory issues and ensure alignment.
• Manage Finance Operations to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation, settlement, and reporting of all payment transactions, while optimizing cost efficiency and resource allocation.
• Manage Customer Experience Operations to enhance overall service delivery and improve customer satisfaction, ensuring timely resolution of payment-related issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in payments, compliance, finance, and customer service to ensure operational excellence.

What we are looking for: 

• 12+ years of experience in financial services or fintech/payments, with a focus on operational leadership, including operational risk and compliance management.
• Deep understanding of financial services, payment systems, and operational risk management.
• Proven experience in both startup/small firm environments as well as larger corporate settings, with a track record of scaling operations.

Quantexa is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented VP Alliances, APAC to lead and drive CoSell revenue growth from our strategic CoSell partner ecosystem across Banking, Insurance and Government. Reporting into the RVP, Asia Pacific, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and executing the CoSell strategies that scale Quantexa’s go to market strategy in APAC while delivering value to our customers and partners. Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Preventive Maintenance Technician (Semiconductor) located in Woodlands. Our clients are headquartered in the USA and established as the global key leader in the Semiconductor industry. You will be following the daily preventive maintenance schedule, managing the arrangement and logistics of new and old parts, and preparing and maintaining PM jigs and tools. Key tasks involve performing preventive maintenance on robots, such as cleaning and greasing parts, and replacing sensors, motors, and motor drivers. The role also requires the installation of vacuum valves, fore line pipes, and heater jackets. Additionally, the individual will assist tool owner engineers with technical activities like troubleshooting, modifications, installations, and de-installations in the fabrication area. Support for 6S practices, including parts cleaning, organization, labeling, and housekeeping, is also a significant part of the job.

Qualifications:

• Min. NITEC or Diploma in any Engineering field or equivalent certification
• Willing to do hands-on work and comfortable to be in cleanroom suit
