Job Scope

1. Prepare 2D technical drawings using provided templates to scale.

2. Use appropriate line weights for different elements (e.g. thick lines for outlines, thinner lines for hidden details).

3. Ensure all dimensions, tolerances, and details are accurate according to the specifications.

4. Maintain clear communication for clarifications and updates.

Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in 2D CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, NanoCAD, SketchUp)

2. Experience in preparing accurate 2D technical drawings with proper line weights.

3. Knowledge of basic technical drawing standards (e.g., dimensioning, scale, view types).

4. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow templates.

5. Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Job scheduling for truck attendants and production team
• Effectively manage manpower and ensure proper coordination of works with relevant departments
• Plan, organize and manage all aspects of the day-to-day production activities to ensure that daily production targets are achieved
• Maintain proper documentation and tracking of employee deployment, attendance and leave management
• Work closely with Sales and Operations Department on the loading of goods for export
• Maintain an Excel tracking file and monitor the product movement
• Ensure all production related machineries and equipment are properly maintained
• Work with Safety Officer to ensure all Safety Compliance measures are adhered to
• Ensure cleanliness of the Production/operation area and dormitory
• Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years working experience with
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• Good to have a fork lift licence
• 6 Days work week
