Responsible for analysing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing ERP solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.

The role requires a deep understanding of ERP systems, excellent analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead the implementation of ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ERP applications and user permissions

2. Analyse existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop detailed specifications for ERP solutions.

3. Manage ERP-related projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems. Perform user acceptance testing for any release of application patches and enhancements.

4. Deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective use of ERP systems. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ERP processes, configurations, and user guides.

5. Undertake any other duties and projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Min 3 years of experience as an ERP/System Lead or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, business processes and improvement techniques (e.g.Microsoft Dynamics).
• Experience with ERP system upgrades and migrations preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with SQL and data management tools preferred.
• Certification in project management (e.g. PMP) or ERP systems preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comply and enforce performance standards, policies and procedures in central kitchen in line with company regulations.
• Comply and ensure strict compliance towards food and hygiene policies and procedures.
• Practice food safety and sanitation inside the food factory premises and apply food safety management systems.
• Conduct basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Conduct orientation and training.
• Execute crisis management plan.
• Implement central kitchen and equipment maintenance plans.
• Maintain and enforce cleanliness of the food factory and equipment and all work areas.
• Manage production schedule.
• Manage workplace safety and health system.
• Provide suggestions for minor modifications to food quality standards and standard operating procedures.
• Provide suggestions for modifications to existing processes.
• Work safely around kitchen wares and equipment, keeping wastage at minimum and recommend ways to reduce waste production.
• Efficient food cost management.
• Minimize expenditure to increase profitability with the guidelines set by the budget.
• Schedule work activities according to production schedule.

• Maintain cleanliness of the food factory and equipment and all work areas
• Ensure supply of ingredients for weekly production schedule
• Supervise and prepare ingredients, cook and pack food quickly and efficiently, meeting all company standards

• Train cooks to operate automated cooking equipment.
• Any other tasks as and when assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary, Hospitality and Tourism Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related occupation.
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and sanitary practices.
