• Effectively manage manpower and ensure proper coordination of works with relevant departments
• Plan, organize and manage all aspects of the day-to-day production activities to ensure that daily production targets are achieved
• Maintain proper documentation and tracking of employee deployment, attendance and leave management
• Work closely with Sales and Operations Department on the loading of goods for export
• Maintain an Excel tracking file and monitor the product movement
• Ensure all production related machineries and equipment are properly maintained
• Work with Safety Officer to ensure all Safety Compliance measures are adhered to
• Ensure cleanliness of the Production/operation area and dormitory
• Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years working experience with
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• Good to have a fork lift licence
• 6 Days work week

• Reports to Construction Manager
• Preparation of detailed schedule and monitoring the progress closely to ensure on-time completion
• Prepare detailed method statements and relevant documents
• Coordinate between client, sub-contractor(vendors), suppliers and internal team
• Attend the meeting with the stakeholders
• Generate and handle company reports, meetings, and documents required
• Propose alternative work method or other way to increase productivity
• Handle technical and engineering issue
• Ensure the activities comply with the quality, environment, health & safety requirements

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ experience in the construction & supervision of vehicular structures and road projects preferably with LTA infrastructure projects
• Attained technical expertise and knowledge in Civil Engineering Construction especially in foundation, structural, ERSS and viaduct
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• Attained CSCPM/BCSS, Work At Height, confined space certification would be an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills
• Hardworking and willing to learn
• Willing to commit 5.5 working days each week and occasional night works when required
