RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan engaging and well-paced lessons taking account of the diverse learner profiles of students

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and latest WSH Act provisions at all times

• Ensure cost control and project completion within budget, utilization of resources and schedule

• Liaise with client's representatives with regards to all site matters, attend site meeting if required.

Requirement

• Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or equivalent

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as in a team environment

• Able to work under pressure with high initiative and meeting timelines

• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in Construction Industry

• Able Understand & doing AutoCAD Drawing

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings for aluminum doors and window facades.
• Create accurate fabrication drawings to guide the manufacturing process.
• Develop as-built drawings to accurately reflect completed construction projects.
• Ensure materials and dimensions adhere to specifications.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to refine & optimize designs solutions.
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Min. 2 years drafting experience, preferably in construction industry
• Proficient in AutoCAD software
• Immediate available is highly preferred.

Accounts Duties

· Managing and handling of full set of Accounts for clients, including bookkeeping duties

· Performing bank reconciliations

· Support monthly claim submissions and report

· Maintain and keep proper accountings records

Administrative Duties

· Handle phone calls & email enquiries

· Managing the filing system

· General administrative and clerical duties

Requirements

· Min LCCI Accounting, ITE or “O” Level

· Min 1- 2 years of working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

· Able to multi-task

· Knowledge and experienced in Xero accounting software will be an advantage

Responsibilities

Platform Management:

• Assist in updating and maintaining product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon).
• Ensure accurate and appealing product descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for restocking.

Campaign Execution:

• Support in planning and executing online marketing campaigns, including promotions and flash sales.
• Coordinate with design and content teams to create banners, ads, and promotional materials.
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Data Analysis:

• Track and analyze key e-commerce metrics, such as sales performance, conversion rates, and customer trends.
• Prepare reports and provide insights to improve online sales.
