Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

Delivery drivers undertake a range of tasks beyond simply driving their designated routes and completing deliveries. Key responsibilities include:

• Adhering to optimal safety practices both on the road and during truck loading or unloading procedures.
• Maintaining open communication channels with management to stay updated on any changes to delivery assignments, routes, or schedules.
• Collaborating with dispatchers, fellow drivers, and team members to coordinate delivery operations.

• Supporting the Product team that powers the Wise Card issuing infrastructure to our partners. You’ll be spearheading the end-to-end operational onboarding flow of new partners which includes configuring set-up in Visa/Mastercard, onboard partners onto Apple Pay/Google Pay and solving physical card issuance requirements.

• Taking full ownership of projects from initial scoping to final implementation, including assessing problem size and impact, creating rollout plans, collaborating across teams, conducting testing, and refining solutions.

• Identify bottlenecks and areas of improvement from a Product Ops perspective

• Work closely with Product team to optimise the card onboarding flows 

• Own and drive conversations with card manufacturers when it comes to submitting change requests and other changes required for the cards program

• Build out operational guides for new product offering and managing customer physical card programs 

• Assist CS teams when escalations are made with regards to delivery issues

• Work closely with Finance on ensuring that all card invoices are promptly delivered and processed on time

• Manage disputes & chargeback requests as well as escalations from partners/internal teams

About the Role  

We are looking for a VSOC Analyst to join us in an embedded role for a virtual 24/7 security operations center (VSOC).  

Using the latest industry technologies and practices, you will identify, analyze, and advise on adverse conditions and threats that could affect the safety, security and operational continuity of the client and its users. These conditions include (but are not limited to): political instability and unrest, armed conflict, crime, terrorism, natural hazards, cyber threats and online malign actors.   

Being embedded with the client, you will engage directly with the client to provide immediate support and consulting, and assistance with trust and safety issues.    

This a fully remote role based in Singapore and involves shift work on a “follow the sun” model and weekend work.   

Responsibilities   

• Use all-source intelligence (including alert feeds, traditional and social media, and in-house sources) to monitor security incidents and trends within the client’s areas of operation and locations to assess the likely impact on staff, assets, operations, events and reputation 
• Support the Client’s trust and safety function to monitor and respond to issues on or with the client’s platform.   
• Escalate security incidents to client stakeholders, following efficient and rehearsed procedures.   
• Maintain visibility on employee movements and their proximity to notable incidents and events, advising accordingly through required reporting methods 
• Participate in training and drills to rehearse incident preparation and response SOPs.

Requirements  

• Fluent in Korean (written and verbal – with knowledge of terminology and slang used on social media platforms)

• Bachelor's degree in international relations, Security Studies, Criminal Justice, Journalism, or related field 
• At least 1-3 years' experience in an intelligence or customer-focused role in geopolitical risk, corporate security, government, law enforcement or similar

• Ability to determine how geopolitical and security threats could impact private sector operations, travellers and sites

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(A) SPECIFIC

1. Monitor and audit activities pertaining to department performance indicators, and initiates action to ensure that:

a. Service standards are consistently met.

b. Related costs and revenue are accounted for, and accurately recovered.

2. Responsible for monitoring that adequate staffing is maintained for all staff levels, in the various Pharmacy Sections.

Patient Care aspects

This includes implementation, maintenance and improvement of Element quality management system (QMS). In this role, you will have interaction with clients, Accreditation Bodies and will be responsible for advising operational colleagues of the importance of quality, accuracy and integrity in the provision of the testing, calibration inspection and certification services we provide.You will be involved in leading quality at a local level and will work closely with the Principal Quality Manager to ensure that Element quality policies, processes and procedures are effectively implemented. As a quality leader within Element you will be capable of driving a culture of quality assurance and quality improvement, working closely with your operational colleagues and the wider Element quality community.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

(A) SPECIFIC (80%)

1. Reviews each patient’s medication chart or prescription, under supervision, for the appropriateness of the drugs prescribed and to contact the prescribing doctor when an intervention is needed. The review has to ensure that:

• i. All orders are clear and specific
• ii. Doses are prescribed within therapeutic limits
• iii. Any potential adverse reactions and interactions are identified

2. Fulfill all drug orders accurately and in a timely manner.

3. Dispense, under supervision, medications to patients, explaining the indications for drug therapy and instructions for administration.

4. Educates patient on the pharmacological and non-pharmacological aspects of their therapy. Check compliance and encourages adherence to medication therapy, where applicable.

5. Ensure that all sales and supply of medicinal products comply with legal requirements:

• i. Ensures records pertaining to all phases of drug receipt, supply , storage and distribution are maintained as required by the hospital and/or legal authorities.
• ii. Performs inspections of assigned drug storage areas in the hospital.

6. Ensures tha all related costs and revenue are accounted for and accurately recovered.

7. Provides drug information to patients and other healthcare professionals.
