• Hitachi tools such as HCS, HTnM, HDLM etc
• Brocade switch and fabric (zoning, ISL, trunking, fabric merging etc)
• Basic knowledge of VMware, OS (AIX/Windows/Linux)
• Basic scripting knowledge

1. Storage performance tuning and troubleshooting.
2. Incident management and change management process knowledge.
3. Project handling experience from sizing to roll-out, preferably with project management background
