Responsibilities:
•Conduct in-depth research on the market trend of trendy toys, analyse consumerneeds and preferences, and accurately position the development direction of trendytoys category.
•Responsible for the development and introduction of new products, from creativeideas, supplier selection to product shelves, to ensure product uniqueness andmarket competitiveness.
•Develop marketing and promotional strategies for the Tide toys category and workclosely with the marketing team to increase brand awareness and influence in theTide toys area.
•Monitor the sales data and inventory status of the products, adjust the product mixand replenishment plan in a timely manner to ensure stable sales growth andreasonable inventory turnover.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, purchasing, shopoperation, etc., to ensure the seamless and efficient implementation of Tide productsfrom design concept to end sales.
Requirements:
•Bachelor degree or above, [relevant major] preferred.•At least [1] years of experience in category management or related productdevelopment in the hip toy industry.
