• Provide support for biometrics (Access Security System) and printer codes
• Manage, review & update company’s facilities and office equipment (Contract renewals, repair, maintenance & etc) ;(e.g. copiers, faxes, air-conditioning, lighting, telephone, fire extinguishers, etc)
• Supervision of daily housekeeping team, upkeep & setting up of meeting venues
• Liaise with building management for related services (Carpark matters and enquiries, maintenance support, vendors/contractors as required)
• Perform any other relevant ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum a Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma with 3 years of relevant administrative experience
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good interpersonal skills, takes initiative, responsible
• Proficient in MS Office applications
