Responsibilities :

You will provide safe Peri-operative nursing care for patients within the operating room, and provide guidance to patients and caregivers on the prescribed care and treatment required for the medical conditions. Role Overview:

As a Program Consultant at BeFound Studios, you will be the face of our skincare programs, helping prospective clients understand the value of our services and guiding them through the discovery and enrolment process. You’ll identify their skincare concerns and needs, recommend appropriate skincare programs, and ensure they have a clear path to achieving their skincare goals.

This is a work-from-office role in a start-up environment where collaboration, client-centric service, and proactive problem-solving are key. You will be part of a passionate team, helping people transform their skincare routines and ultimately their confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultations:

• Conduct one-on-one discovery session with prospective clients to assess their skincare needs, concerns, and goals.
• Educate them on BeFound Studios’ skincare programs, explaining the benefits and features of each service.
• Customize recommendations to ensure clients are matched with the most suitable program based on their skin type, lifestyle, and goals.

Program Enrolment:

• Guide clients through the program enrolment process, ensuring they understand the steps involved and what to expect.
• Provide clear communication about program pricing, timelines, and outcomes.
• Address any client questions or concerns, ensuring they feel confident in their decision to join BeFound Studios.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction throughout their program.
• Follow up with clients to monitor their progress and offer additional support as needed.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and skincare experts to ensure any specific concerns or adjustments to the program are addressed.

Sales and Performance:

• Achieve individual and team sales targets by converting discovery sessions into program enrolments.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and provide insights on client feedback and needs.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and program details in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in client-facing roles such as sales, consultation, or customer service, ideally within the beauty, wellness, or skincare industries.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others achieve their skincare goals.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and relatable way.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, start-up environment with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working toward sales targets and KPIs.

4-6 years of experience in web development
Proficient understanding of web markup including HTML5, CSS3 and or Ant Design framework
Experience in server side CSS pre-processing platforms including but not limited to LESS and SASS

JOB DESCRIPTION:

•

To supervise and ensure works are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.

•

To liaise with consultants, clients and subcontractors on the progress of M&E works.

•

Prepare method statement, shop drawings, installation / T&C check sheets, work progress report and other relevant documents for M&E related works with project teams.

•

Coordinate / prepare technical submissions with suppliers / subcontractors. Assist the Project Manager on all M&E matters including preparing M&E Master Construction and T&C Schedule.

REQUIREMENTS

•

Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Construction-Related)

Minimum 2 years working experience in M&E construction industry or similar capacity.

This is a 12 month's contract role.

You will be reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor from Warehouse Department.

Job Responsibilities

1. Operate according to the standardized operating procedures, guides and manual
2. Render correct cleaning and sanitation of processing equipment following Good Manufacturing practices
3. Conduct checking and inspection of materials to ensure it meets specifications for processing and production of salts and dry part concentrates
4. Prepare raw materials dispensing according to the plan and quality specifications
5. Move raw materials and batch concentrate from staging area to processing area. This will require driving forktrucks and/or motorized and manual pallet stacker
6. Perform SAP applications for transacting process order, good receipt and inventory
7. Operate the system manually or with the aid of basic process automation
8. Follow safe operation of dust collection system along with other Safety precautions and Safety criteria
9. Perform Basic Equipment Care, troubleshooting and maintenance of the assigned machine to minimize inefficiency
10. Perform 5S, routine cleaning for responsible areas
11. Practice and adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), OE Eight (8) wastes and Continuous improvement (Kaizen) culture
12. Perform Visual Management Board update, recording and documentation and maintenance of necessary operational records
