Main Responsibilities:
Reports to the Group Finance Manager.
Responsible for all day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, taxation and involved in operations matter such as arranging for delivery, sales order and Purchase order.
Handles a full set of accounts, monitors AR, AP and payroll, and assists in compliance with local statutory requirements, e.g., audit, tax, company law and secretarial issues.

Requirements:

Provide day care services to the clients attending the Day Care and Dementia Care Centre, by assisting in their personal care and activities of daily living to ensure comfort and safety of the individual and maintaining a clean, orderly and safe environment for the clients.

Job Description

• Porter clients (between drop-off point and centre, to and fro the gym for rehabilitation session).
• Help clients settle down upon arrival at the centre.
• See to the dietary needs of clients by serving meals to them and supervising their consumption.
• Supervise and/or assist clients in the various activities.
• Assist clients who are require minimal supervision during toileting.
• Assist clients to settle down for a nap after lunch.
• Assist in the mobility of clients.
• Participate in selected in-service training programmes related to skills and knowledge upgrading.

• Maintain good housekeeping.

· Handles daily administrative clinic work, tally and check on daily reports.

· Responsible for daily check on stock usage and patch recording or data entry of any differences.

Requirement
