We’re currently seeking an experienced portfolio and performance manager who can help in establishing and leading our Strategic Program Management Office (SPMO). In this role, the manager will support the lifecycle of a large portfolio, leading project-level reviews, optimizing standards, identifying areas for improvement, reporting analyses, and training staff members. The Head should not only be comfortable talking with high-level business leaders about individual portfolios, but also help define KPIs and create a roadmap for overall GTP level.
Responsibilities
· Manage a team of Project Managers who are tagged to different Technology Products for day to day project management
· Manage day-to-day portfolio activities and establish working plan for each project phase
· Analyze and appraise project delivery methods, costs, and results
· Facilitate project reviews and checkpoint meetings
· Analyze key performance indicators to produce reports on portfolio and projects
Escalate issues that threaten portfolio and project success
Accountabilities
· Use metrics and data visualization effectively to report portfolio performance and support decision-making at the team or organizational level
· Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices to build on the team’s skills and abilities
· Contribute to the establishment of common practices, tools, and templates for portfolio and project management, and ensure adherence to company and legal standards

Experience and Qualification
· Twelve or more years of experience in financial planning and investment
· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in finance or related field
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Certification in good standing, such as CFA, CFP, or CAIA
Personal integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of company and client information
Technologies and Tools
· Knowledge of insurance, finance and related industries
· Proficiency with Demand Planning, Resource Management and Project tracking tools like JIRA, Oneview etc.
· Good in MS Office tools
· Familiarity with MS Visio
