Job Description
•Involve in the Institute’s promotional activities
•Coordinating and assisting Managers in the admission processes and ramping up the system to gear up with the projected growth by undertaking marketing our institute’s programmes
•Assist Managers in development of global communications plan that builds public awareness, understanding and support
•Assist Managers in developing and implementing systems for managing the marketing and admissions process
•Delivering sales targets and drive the sales target requirements
•Coordinating and assisting Managers in generating leads through marketing activities and evaluate their effectiveness regularly; allocation of leads and managing cross-leads, to ensure higher closing rate
•Engage on relationship management & trust building with existing & potential clients of the institute (Parents)
•Involve in the ‘Road Shows’ for the institute at various international locations and create a brand awareness about the education system followed & the organization to the prospective customers of various nationalities leading to successful enrolments
•Involve in ‘Open Houses’ to showcase the institute’s system
•Contact prospective individuals by telephone to promote products/services
•Explain the product or service to potential customers
•Handle customer questions
•Schedule appointments for Managers to meet prospective customers
Minimum Academic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration
