• Ensure that data analytics are used effectively to enhance decision-making and operational efficiencies.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position, typically Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.
• Office-based with occasional site visits as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have proven track record of managing an operations department which includes multiple ICAO registries including an AOC.
• Challenging and dynamic work environment dealing with a busy 24/7 air ambulance operation and interaction with UHNWI clientele and their offices.
• Motivated and driven individual capable of leading and inspiring an established team.
• Strong understanding of international aviation regulations, safety protocols, and best practices.
